The BPD Collective empowers individuals with BPD to embrace their strengths, develop coping skills, and foster deeper relationships through guided support and a shared sense of purpose.
The BPD Collective was founded to provide holistic support for individuals diagnosed with or in treatment for borderline personality disorder. Our mission is to build a supportive community that empowers participants to navigate their vulnerabilities, emotions, thoughts, and actions while fostering meaningful connections.
Through our support group, we aim to help individuals develop a sense of agency in their own lives by learning skills and strategies to tolerate distress, manage intense emotions, and address identity confusion. Together, we also explore the unique challenges of interpersonal relationships often experienced by those with borderline personality traits.
Our goal is to create a safe, welcoming space for all who seek support while navigating the complexities of mental health and life’s challenges. Here, everyone can connect, grow, and find strength in community.
